The Magen David (Star of David) appears in each segment, yet its background changes. It goes from the yellow star worn in the camps of death to being worn on the garments of Jews who were willing to be hung by the British to aid in the establishment of the State of Israel. Finally as the flag and emblem of a new nation--Eretz Yisrael "The Land of Israel."
